A ShippingPoint is a local business that receives and stores your package for you. You’ll receive a notification by email when it arrives and you can pick it up at a time that is convenient for you.

You can begin shipping as soon as you sign up. Check your inbox for a Welcome Email where you’ll have access to your ShippingPoint network.

ShippingPoint makes it convenient for others to send you a package. Just give them your ShippingPoint address, and have them ship it with your name. We’ll send you an email when it arrives.

All ShippingPoints have a per package fee, which are calculated by weight and start as low as $3.

Each location has different hours of operation. Please contact a ShippingPoint in your area for their hours

You will pay your per-package fee to your ShippingPoint at the moment you pick up your package or pay online.

You will need a government issued photo ID along with the package notification or the tracking # of the package.

All packages include 7 days of FREE storage. After the 7 days it is only $0.50 per day.

Yes, you simply provide them with a photocopy of your government issued photo ID & a copy of the order confirmation.

We currently do not offer a package forwarding service.

One of the many benefits of ShippingPoint is the flexibility of being able to ship to any and all of our participating locations. You don’t even have to let us know, just ship it.

Unfortunately, ShippingPoints do not accept Collect On Delivery packages.

ShippingPoints do not receive regular mail, which include any bills or documents sent via USPS. For now, only packages.

Using our service will make you feel at ease knowing that someone will always be at your ShippingPoint to personally receive your packages for you.

You can ship your purchases made either online or offline to your preferred ShippingPoint. When filling out the shipping information, simply include your name, the ShippingPoint Address, and the ShippingPoint Name (if the space is provided by the company you are ordering from). As soon as your package arrives, we will send you an email notification to let you know it is ready for pick-up at a time that is convenient for you.
